In our final product update of 2024, we’re excited to share with you updates to instructor tools, an open beta for our Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, and improvements to the virtual browser experience. Let’s dive in!

Instructor tools updates

Screenshare

Allows instructors to view and collaborate on participants' screens, monitor progress in real-time, and provide instant support when needed. Learn more in our documentation and in the quick tip video below.

Image attachments in chat

Instructors and learners can now attach images directly within the chat, minimizing the need to switch screens and keeping immersed in your training content.

Events in chat

Actions will now appear as events in the chat, allowing instructors to track and monitor student activity and progress effortlessly. This is an abbreviated version of the activity log. Include events are:

Joined event
Raised their hand
Lowered their hand
Started lab
Completed challenge
Started challenge
Skipped challenge
Completed lab
Failed attempt at “[challenge]”

Salesforce and HubSpot integrations beta

Easily connect Instruqt with your Salesforce or HubsSpot instance to create new leads and enrich existing ones with track play data - such as played tracks, time spent, and feedback provided.
