Announcing Instruqt Integration with Salesforce: Drive better quality leads, and accelerate sales cycles

We’re excited to announce the Instruqt + Salesforce Integration. 

This integration allows you to seamlessly funnel your prospect and learner activities to Salesforce contacts, leads, and opportunities, resulting in higher quality leads and faster sales cycles.

The Instruqt Salesforce integration delivers valuable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Education teams alike. By capturing engagement with your demos and training in Salesforce, we help turn insights into revenue and accelerate your sales cycle.

Sales teams sell more with less by getting valuable insights into both opportunity and prospects engagement.

How does it work?

When your leads submit their information through a track invite link and begin playing a track, their activities are automatically sent to Salesforce. This activity can be viewed inside Salesforce under each lead, contact opportunity, and account view.

Instruqt just made it that much easier to qualify your leads! Check out the display of a calculated ‘likeliness’ score showing the engagement for a single lead/contact or grouped account/opportunity.

With this collected data, you can create reports in Salesforce.com (SFDC) that will help you see the true value of using Instruqt (ROI). For instance, you can see which leads came from Instruqt and how many became a deal. Awesome!
