This Privacy Policy explains what we do with the information we collect about you when you visit this website. This information can include (but is not limited to) names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, billing information, social media account information, as well as (other) information that qualifies as ‘personal data’ as defined Section 2 a) of the European Privacy Regulation (95/46/EG). The terms “we”, “our”, “you”, and all other defined terms used herein have the meanings ascribed to them below.

As used herein, the following terms shall have the following meanings: “Agreement” means the Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, and all other terms and conditions incorporated therein. “us”, “we”, “our”, and “ours” means Xebia Nederland B.V., a Dutch company with its registered offices in Hilversum, The Netherlands. “you” and “your” means the natural person that uses our products and services.

2. What we do with your personal data

We process your personal data because it’s necessary to provide you with the agreed products and services, but also:

  2. to offer you other related products and services of ours and our affiliates that we think might interest you.

5. Children’s privacy

Our website is a general audience site and we do not intend to market to or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Unfortunately, we cannot always determine the age of a visitor to our website or the sender of an email.

We do not rent or sell your personal data. However, sometimes we may need to share your personal data with others for the purposes described above. We will make sure that these other parties will be obligated to maintain adequate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss or unlawful processing of your personal data. Some functionality on our website is provided by other parties, for example buttons that allow you to to sign in with your Facebook or Google account. We do not have control over their code or privacy policies and recommend that you check their privacy policies regularly as they can change from time to time.

7. E-mail & direct marketing choices

We provide opt-out information in all commercial email messages we send via an “unsubscribe” link. We reserve the right to send one message confirming your opt-out from a messaging program. Please note that it may take us some time to process your requests consistent with applicable law and applicable legislation on the processing of personal data.

8. Data retention

We will retain your information for as long as you use our products and/or services or as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes & Notification

We may change this Privacy from time to time. We’ll notify you of those changes via the contact details you’ve provided us with after which you’ll have 5 days to object to those changes. If you object in time, the changes you object to won’t take effect. If you don’t object (in time), the changes will take effect with expiration of the 5 day term. Notices will be deemed to be given upon receipt. Any notifications we have for you will be sent to the contact details you’ve provided us.
