Calyptia Delivers Interactive Product Education by Using Instruqt’s Hands-on Labs [Video]

• Challenge - Calyptia’s open-source documentation lacked a sandbox environment where users could explore the product’s features and capabilities in a frictionless, hands-on experience.

• Solution - The company selected Instruqt because of its cloud-native compatibility, Kubernetes container support, and ease of setup and use. Calyptia created self-led training and leveraged Instruqt’s Hot Start feature, where users can click a button to launch a sandbox environment instantaneously with pre-provisioned resources.  

• Results - Calyptia saw increased engagement, evidenced by positive user feedback and requests for more learning content. The team initially considered building a custom solution and saw immense value in Instruqt’s intuitive and frictionless setup, which saved one-third of the time but achieved three times the experience.

Building on user feedback for more content, Calyptia plans to expand its instructional labs offering to allow its open-source users to explore their enterprise product.
