Security Enhancements

We are thrilled to announce the latest security enhancements to the Instruqt platform, designed to provide our users with more control, flexibility, and peace of mind. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to ensuring the highest standards of security for our users.

Cloud Provider Service and Region Selection:

• Administrators can now specify which Cloud Provider services and regions are available for use within a sandbox environment.
• This feature enhances security by limiting access to only the selected options, with other services and regions automatically disabled through stringent policies.

Admin Credentials for Cloud Accounts

• We have introduced an option to add admin credentials for cloud accounts alongside existing end-user facing credentials.
• These admin credentials facilitate the initial provisioning of resources in cloud accounts and are securely injected into the lifecycle scripts, ensuring they remain inaccessible to end-users.

Enhanced Email Validation

• We have significantly improved email validation by implementing more rigorous checks to verify the existence of an email address.
• Additionally, we now offer an option for users to prove email ownership by sending a confirmation link to the email address, further securing the authentication process.

In addition to these visible enhancements, we have implemented numerous non-visible checks and controls to bolster the security of our platform.
