2020 Has Led To a Forced Transformation to Digital

Events in the past months have disrupted the entire world. Many organizations have fast-tracked their digital transformations during the lock-down. Now as many countries are starting to open up and emerge from the crisis, what does it mean for business executives and IT leaders to cope with this new reality?

If your company has pivoted during this time and recognized that you have accelerated a long-standing need to reinvent, join us for this interactive session with Deborah Burton, CEO Instruqt, and Marcel de Vries, CTO Xpirit.

This session will examine how to future-ready your organization for tomorrow’s new economy:

1. Redefine your goals and how to adapt, adjust, and move forward

2. Rethink how you organize your people, technology and processes

3. Reimagine how to deal with the skills gaps in your workforce

Join us at Xebia Academy's Webinar Week in an interactive 60-minute Webinar on Tuesday, May 26 at 9:30 am CET.

Xpirit is a high-end consulting firm based in Hilversum, Netherlands. Marcel co-founded Xpirit in 2014 as a spin-off from Xebia, which is also in the Netherlands. Together with Xebia, they help customers with digital transformation, agile consulting, and full-stack development with both Microsoft and open source products. Marcel spends most of his time looking at how new emerging technologies, a shift in mindset, and a new way of work can help organizations get software in production faster. Helping organizations transform towards a high speed, innovative, and productive organization has become his passion. Marcel loves to learn new technologies and teach others what he has learned.

Deborah is the CEO of Instruqt, where she works with her team to help traditional IT organizations transition to a new innovative way to train and upskill their IT professionals and teams. Instruqt’s interactive learning-by-doing platform is “changing the game” when it comes to online education and training. With 36 years working in the IT sector, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge with her from her previous positions. Her most recent as the Managing Director of the DevOps Agile Skills Association (DASA).
