Instruqt is a hands-on virtual IT lab platform that software companies use to educate and sell to modern buyers. We make it easy for people to get familiar with the software in a pre-configured, live, fully functional environment with a browser-based private sandbox environment.
Our mission is to be the partner of choice for software companies. We help them accelerate revenue by offering a hands-on product experience into every revenue touchpoint to remove friction from the customer journey.
We’re a startup but proud to work with some renowned tech companies, including Google Cloud, Red Hat, Puppet, HashiCorp, and Lacework.
Our engineering team is growing fast. We expect to double in size by the end of 2021, meaning plenty of opportunities for those looking to build their career!
What will you do
As a Front-end Product Developer, you will be part of a growing product team, consisting of five engineers, a designer, and a product owner. You will work on features that power the sandbox environment for our customers all over the globe.
As a member of the product team, you will design and write state-of-the-art software, follow best practices, measure everything and be responsible from deployment to production.
You will also spend part of your time talking to our customers and help them to use the Instruqt platform to its maximum potential.
Challenges you will solve
- Creating the best experience possible to help software companies remove friction in the customer journey.
- Building and scaling technology to provision sandbox environments on Kubernetes.
- Securing Kubernetes and cloud workloads.
- Integrating our platform with all major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Alibaba).
- Ensuring high availability: Our customers rely on our platform to run live virtual product workshops for hundreds of users; offer self-service demos and sales enablement workshops and training.
We are looking for engineers, eager to join a young and growing product team that cares about developer tools and programming education.
We believe that a small product team can build world-changing platforms and tools. To achieve this we look for engineers which are self-starters, understand our vision. We look for people who bring fresh ideas, dreams, and ambitions to our team.

We offer you a big opportunity to make your mark and be responsible for your own impact.
Professional growth through experienced fellowship
We will support your professional growth by pairing you with professionals with decades of experience. Instruqt is a wholly-owned daughter company of Xebia, a leading information technology services company. They have built software for major technology companies like Picnic and bol.com.
